Historical digression creation of mmwt kovert technology

HISTORICAL DIGRESSION Creation of MMWT - KOVERT technology Bases of Microwave Resonant Therapy (MRT) (the modern name – MILLIMETER WAVE THERAPY (MMWT)) were developed in 80th in the Ukraine, USSR (Professor Sitko S.P., Corresponding Member of Ukraine Academy of Science Belyj M.U., Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences Andreev E.A.). After the successful realization of clinical tests in 1986 USSR Ministry of Healthcare has resolved the application of MRT in a clinical practice with the use of the industrial generators Г-4-142, adapted for medical application. The results of test approbation of MRT have shown high efficiency at nonmedicamentous treatment of a lot of pathologies, and according to the Decision of USSR Ministerial Council from 13 06 1989 N185 a state-republican program of introduction of MRT method in USSR practical public health services has been created. At the first stage, this program provided within three years expansion of 19600 beds for wide specter of diseases treatment, including some incurable diseases, and also rehabilitation of people who have suffered from Chernobyl accident. For realization of the given program medical devices of first generation such as «ПОРОГ-1» and «АMRT-1» have been developed and their serial release was adjusted in next USSR cities - Aktyubinsk, Vilnius and Kharkov. However by virtue of exceptional circumstances the realization of this program was stopped in 1991. It is necessary to note, that in the territory of USSR except for Ukraine the MRT technology actually could not find application under a pretext of presence in the country supposedly identical technology – the technology of EHF-therapy which was serially manufactured in RSFSR (Moscow) from the beginning of 80th. Thus what was completely ignored is the fact that formally the only thing that these techniques had common is the belonging of frequencies of electromagnetic radiation to a millimetric range. All other characteristics: emission band, its level, zones of influence, time of exhibiting, scientifically-methodical bases and, the most important, the terminal result - therapeutic efficiency and nosological spectrum of application are essentially different and not in the advantage of КВЧ technology at all. The situation began to change in 1987 after S.P.Sitko and professor V.D.Zhukovskii met with the head of public health department of Moskvoretsk region of Moscow, mister V.N.Kovalenko. The subject of a meeting: the offer to lead expanded clinical approbation of MRT in medical institutions in Moskvoretsk region. Approbation took place under the personal responsibility and under V.N.Kovalenko's direct control in 51-st polyclinic of Moscow (head physician Tombaeva Т.С). Its results have appeared to be so convincing and sensational, that it has opened MRT green road not only in Ukraine, but also in the whole USSR. For Kovalenko V.N (nowadays director of Open Company " MTC " KOVERT ») which at the end of approbation worked as substitute of Main health officer of the USSR, these events became as an incentive motive to concentrate completely on introduction of MRT (today -MMWT) in a wide medical practice as alternatives to reckless application of medicamentous methods of treatment, which are as known, far not harmless and frequently expensive. PREHISTORY OF MMWT CREATION Researches of influence of not thermal EHF-radiations (a range of millimetric waves) effects on biological objects with the purpose of their subsequent application in medicine have begun with the end of the sixtieth years under the direction of academician N.D. Devjatkov. The first clinical results have been received by the employee of the Odessa medical institute Nedzvetskii V.A. under the direction of prof. I.S.Cherkasov (the middle of 70th years). The therapeutic effect of treatment of the damaged biological fabrics has been achieved by the influence of EHF-radiations on the damaged areas of the body or occipital area of the head. Increased sensitivity of BAP (biologically active points – accupuncture points, known in East medicine) to electromagnetic radiation of a millimetric range has been found out at some pathologies of an organism (J.E.Vagin, V.A.Shestiperov, 1983;prof. S.P.Sitko in Kiev university with colleagues, 1985.). To the middle of the eightieth years there was two big collectives, developing theoretical and practical questions of not thermal or low intensity influences of millimetric waves on biological objects and an organism of the person: "EHF" collective under the direction of academician N.D.Devjatkov (Moscow, RSFSR) and "Response" collective under direction of professor S.P.Sitko (Kiev, Ukranian SSR). The new scientific direction has passed several stages: preclinical stage (approximately from 1964 to 1978) - the first experiments with microorganisms and animals, clinical stage (from 1978) - the beginning of clinical application of the received experimental results. The following stage - a stage of parallel development of theoretical-experimental, medico-applied works, development and release of EHF-therapy devices (from the middle of the eightieth years). At this stage development and release of the equipment is realized under two ideologies: founders of narrow-band influence - "EHF" collective and broadband - "Response" collective. In the first case the influence is carried out in a narrow strip in a vicinity of the fixed frequencies (devices of a series «Явь», "Beam", which used the 4,9; 5,6; 7,1 mm wave length for a long time and only recently added a of 2,5 mm wave length), in other - the individualized frequency of influence is determined under the touch response of the patient. If the response is not found, the noise influence in a wide strip of frequencies (usually it is an interval of frequencies of 53-78 GHz) is realized. Last years medico-applied works became prevailing. There is a situation when practical application of EHF-radiations both in narrow-band, and in broadband variants gives rise to a new theoretical views and initiates experimental researches. Such situation is quite explainable, considering extreme complexity of a problem of interaction of EHF-radiations with biological systems (A.E.Bessonov, Golant M.B., etc., Moscow; А.М Kozhemyakin, Tomsk; L.S.Bundjuk, A.P.Kuzmenko, G.P.Ponezha Ukraine). MMWT/KOVERT EQUIPMENT MTC «KOVERT» (starting from 1990) creates, develops and improves methodological and hardware base of a classical direction of broadband EHF-therapy: millimetric wave therapies, expanding the knowledge base founded on extensive practical results. There was a suggested concept that was confirmed in clinic about the development of endogenous substance complexes by an organism (endogenous medicines) under the influence of the individualized millimetric radiation on BAP as an explanation of the universal mechanism of accupuncture effect, that has appeared exclusively productive for purposeful perfection of technology, increase of its therapeutic efficiency and expansion of nosological spectrum of application of MMWT. «KOVERT» hypothesis about production of endogenous medicines can be put in a basis of fundamental research work according to real advantages of each of listed above technologies, and also for development of new aspects of application of MMWT technology. At the same time, MVVT devices produced by MTC «KOVERT» vary according to specified representations about optimum therapeutic modes, and nowadays there are 4-th generation MVVT devices of АМТ-KOVERT-04 and АМТ-KOVERT-Т-01 series and their updating (patents of Russia: 2066556, 2066557). АМТ-РС-54/75-АЛС АМТ-KOVERT-04-02 АМТ-KOVERT-Т-01 (Т-01А) EHF/MMWT MECHANISM OF ACTION HYPOTHESES As it is a question of influence of super weak radiations of so-called - not thermal intensity which really do not render power influence on biological object, millimetric waves (MMW) should be attributed only to information factors of influence on an organism. There are some hypotheses of low intensity MMW influence mechanisms on an organism of the person. "Source" hypothesis (N.D.Devjatkov, M.B.Golant): EHF-therapy promotes mobilization of reserves of an organism which are continuously reducing with the years. «EMG» hypothesis («electromagnetic homeopathy», N.D.Kolbun): any biosystem is inseparable from internal and external EMF, first of which make the informational basis of the biosystem’s vital functions and the second (the streams of external EMF) act in a role of regulators of internal information streams. «ИОХ-ИРЭ» hypothesis (J.I.Hurgin, etc.): as EHF-influence increases the synthesis of АТФ, biologically active medical substances influencing the immune status of an organism are produced additionally (which influence the immune status of organism) it is possible to state that low intensive MMW influence the regulatory functions of an organism and its systems of protection. D.S.Chernyavsky's concept - E.P.Hizhnjaka: the biological effect from EHF-influence is determined by original micromassage of microanatomic structures. The role of millimetric waves is reduced to detection of deviations of an organism from norm and when organism fixes this deviation according to аутодиагностики, it starts to develop medical products (аутотерапия). The theory of an electromagnetic skeleton by S.P.Sitko. In the basis of this theory lies the opening of a biological resonance during the influence of EMR of a millimetric range on bioobjects. Without any doubts to scientific quality and utility hypotheses listed above, it is necessary to pay attention to an enormous precipice between offered explanations of millimetric waves influence and observable results of such influence. Especially brightly it is shown at treatment of diseases with unknown or not clear aetiology: children's cerebral paralysis, multiple sclerosis, myasthenia and others, really hard giving in to other methods of treatment, except for MMWT, i.e. all listed hypotheses do not give the satisfactory explanation of MMWT universality phenomenon consisting in treatment effect to hundreds of diseases with most different aetiology in a mode of monotherapy. EHF/MMWT MECHANISM OF ACTION HYPOTHESES Hypothesis of MTC «KOVERT»: millimetric wave influence on BAP is adequate to patient’s condition and induces organism to synthesize complexes necessary at present endogenous substances in optimum concentration, sufficient for process саногинеза. Thus it is necessary to understand, that during treatment of the patient by MMWT method, the structure of endogenous medicines complex is automatically optimized and modified. ADVANTAGES OF MMWT TECHNOLOGY Millimetric wave therapy (MMWT): Medical application of low intensity electromagnetic waves of millimetric range (close to a natural background of Earth) by remote influence on biologically active points (BAP) and biologically active zones (BAZ) – this is a new technique of treatment with the use of low intensity artificial physical factor and potential of east medicine; Radiators-conductors and megaphones of MMVT devices promote local character of influence on separate sites of a body of the patient, and waves of mm-range possess low penetrating ability in biological fabrics - the order of 1 mm; Optimization of the influence factor on all parameters: frequency, power level of influence, an operating mode, time of influence and individual drawing up of the compounding on BAP and BAZ for each patient explains high efficiency of MMWT, in particular, in treatment of incurable patients, and also other diseases; At influence on an organism of the patient, during treatment, the natural, genetically caused mechanisms of restoration activate. - MMWT is effective in treatment of hundreds pathologies at professional application and practically has no negative side-effects and that is unprecedented in medicine; - Influence is shown simultaneously on aetiological, pathogenetic and symptomatic levels and leads to following medical effects: neurostimulating, иммунокоррегирующему and secretory; - After carrying out of MMWT procedure you can observe the aftereffect (accumulation) which blocks intervals between procedures and that provides a continuity of medical process; - noninvasive method excludes the opportunity of infection of the patient; - Compact portable MMWT equipment allows to treat patients, as in stationary conditions, and in-home. MMWT in the modern world of medical technologies has taken the median place between Western and East medicine on the purpose, methodology and means of achievement of the purpose. The main criterion of MMWT efficiency - achieved clinical results during 30-years practice in Russia and many countries of the world. INDICATIONS AND CONTRA-INDICATIONS OF MMWT APPLICATION MMWT can be effectively used at treatment of next pathologies: - bronchopulmonary systems (bronchial asthma, sharp and chronic bronchitis, pleurisies, etc.); - Bodies of blood circulation (hypertonic illness, stenocardia, obliterating endarteritis, Рейно illness, etc.); - Bodies of digestion (stomach ulcer and duodenal gut ulcer, chronic gastroduodenitis, syndrome of the angry gut, chronic cholecystitis, chronic pancreatitis, etc.); - Urological and gynecologic diseases (chronic pyelonephritis, chronic prostatitis, chronic adnexitis, barreness, etc.); - Diseases of the locomotorium (osteoarthritis, osteoarthrosis, osteochondrosis of a backbone, etc.); - Diseases of central and peripheral nervous system (neuritis, neuralgias, painful syndrome of various aetiology, etc.); - Skin diseases (neurodermatitises, eczema, etc.); - Complications of insulin-dependent and insulin-free diabetes; - Alcoholism and narcotism; - Incurable diseases, - children's cerebral paralysis, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease… The materials of the state clinical tests and practice of MMWT use has shown high efficiency in treatment of such diseases, as aseptic necrosis of femur head, children's cerebral paralysis, multiple sclerosis, complications of a diabetes, alcoholism, narcotism and other heavy pathologies. Thus efficiency of treatment of hundreds other less heavy diseases is higher. So, treating patients with multiple sclerosis at a full cancelling of specific medicamentous therapy the expressed improvement was observed at 43 % of them, good results were observed at 50 % of patients, absence of positive dynamics was observed at 7 % of the patients who are sick for more than 5 years. There is a Russian-German model of the device named «AMSAT-HOLISTIC-CONCEPT which is issued and certificated in Germany. Certification of cleanly Russian variant of “AMSAT-KOVERT” device in Switzerland is completed. In March 2005 the medical engineering institute of China used AMSAT complex for fast diagnostics of cosmonaut’s state of health. Berlin, November 2005. First International «AMSAT» symposium has been organized where reports of practicing doctors all over from Europe have been heard. In February 2006 Japanese institute “РИКЕН” (initiative research department КАВАСЭ) has got all series of MMWT devices for studying influence of mm-waves on alive cells. Tunis, October 2006.
