Anastasia Koptel Test-Method for Quantitative Determination T-2 and HT-2 Toxins T-2 and HT-2 toxins are mycotoxins. They are cytotoxic, carcinogenic, mutagenic and immunosuppressive. Test-method is based on specific antibodies which are linked with polyethylene frit. Quantitative determination is performed with the use of the photometer by the reaction of dyeing with chromogenic substrate. But there are some problems; one of them is the necessity of modeling and synchronizing of a big variety of heterogeneous processes which closely interact with each other. This article suggests the methods and principles of cause-effect complexes architecture developing which allow efficient processes description and their synchronization at different levels of detail. The paper studies specimen preparation techniques. A rise in temperature due to electron irradiation involving different specimens is also discussed. Irina Parashchenko Sorption-Luminescent Determination of Enrofloxacin and Oxalic Acid. The fluorescence of Tb (III) chelates with enrofloxacin (EF) and oxalic (OX) acid on thin layer chromatography (TLC) plates is studied. The treatment of TLC plate with mixture of Tb (III) and Brij-35 was shown to increase fluorescence of OX and EF by factor 1,6 and 2,3, respectively. A procedure was developed for determining EF and OX ranging from 10-3 to 10-2 M. A novel approach for terahertz generation from colliding two-color optical solitons is presented. This approach is based on the frequency-difference generation in nonlinear media. Elena Pogorelova Physical and Chemical Properties of Nanofiltration Membranes Based on Alkylpyridinium Salts The basic transport characteristics of nanofiltration membranes such as diffusion, permeability, ion flux were measured. The dependence of these parameters on time, concentration and nature of the diffusing substances was obtained. Mikhail Pozharov Quantum Chemical Study of Several Rare-Earth Metal Complexes with Organic Ligands The structure of rare-earth metal complexes with organic ligands was studied by means of the SBKJC ab initio basis. Relevant structural characteristics of the above said complexes were calculated. The correlation between calculated characteristics of studied complexes and physical properties of the said complexes was found. A FDTD method was used to analyze the periodic nonlinear structures and to investigate the multiple gap-soliton formation within the photonic bandgap of the Bragg grating. Tatiana Shepeleva On the Influence of Excitation Power on the Laser-Induced Fluorescence Spectra of Strongly Scattering Model Media Optical biopsy is one of the methods of modern biomedical diagnostics. Using this method we can detect alterations in biotissue composition and structure from the analysis of tissue fluorescence spectra. However, the shape of recorded fluorescence spectrum often depends on the excitation and detection experimental conditions. In our work, a spectral shift (to higher wavelengths) of fluorescence maximum with the increase of excitation power has been observed in the samples of strongly scattering model media. The obtained line shape dependence has been explained accounting for the influence of the inner filter effects, complicated by strong scattering, on the formation of recorded spectra. Svetlana Sheshukova Numerical Simulation of Envelope Solitons in Magnon Crystals Based on System of Nonlinear Schrodinger Equations The features of envelop solitons formation in one-dimensional periodic ferromagnetic structure have been considered. The model based on the coupled nonlinear Schrodinger equations has been used for the research. The parameter space showing the region in which Bragg-like solitons can form is calculated in the paper. Vladislav Shunayev Distribution of the Local Stress of Atomic Frame of Monolayer Graphene The paper presents a theoretical research on monolayer graphene deformation using an empirical model of graphene and the theory of stability of nanoplates, including the development of methods for calculating the distribution of local stress nuclear monolayer graphene. Inna Stetsyura Influence of Laser Illumination on Microcapsules Containing Carbon Nanotubes In this paper the laser influence on microcapsules with carbon nanotubes in their shell has been studied with the help of atomic-force microscopy and Raman spectroscopy. The possibility of laser cutting flexible structures is investigated. Evgeny Tarasov The Synthesis of Carbon Nanotubes Using Liquid Catalysts The carbon nanotubes (CNTs) in this research have been prepared by catalytic decomposition of heptane. Solutions of iron salts have been used as ferriferous catalysts. The presence of CNTs has been confirmed by using scanning electron microscopy. Current-voltage characteristics of obtained samples are studied in the paper. Natalie Tkachenko Carbon Nanoparticles Sensitize Photodamage of Rbc Membranes Carbon nanoparticles of “astralen” type are known to produce singlet oxygen under 532nm laser irradiation. Thus they may be considered as perspective photodynamic sensitizers. In the paper we touch upon some features of the mechanism of photodestructive effect of these nanoparticles on erythrocyte (RBC) membranes. We have developed a methodology of hydrophilizing astralens for their subsequent deposition from suspension onto RBC membranes. Erythrocytes decorated with nanoparticles have been exposed to 532 nm laser radiation. Registration of the kinetics of destruction of RBCs (hemolysis) after irradiation has allowed us to make conclusion about photodynamic nature of photosensitized hemolysis and estimate dose dependence of the process. It has also been shown that hemolysis has had the colloidal-osmotic mechanism. Sergei Vetsel Calculation of Bending and Elastic Properties of Monolayer Graphene Graphene is an allotrope of carbon, whose structure is one-atom-thick planar sheets of sp2-bonded carbon atoms that are densely packed in a honeycomb crystal lattice. The aim of our study is to determine the stiffness and construction of the deflection of graphene plate consisting of 432 carbon atoms. Ekaterina Vorobieva Technological System of Modeling Oil and Gas Basins Basin modeling is an essential tool applied to a group of geological methods and information, that can be used to analyze the formation and evolution of sedimentary basins. It offers us faster and more reliable results for increasing scientific potential of exploration and prospecting oil and gas. Irina Zotova Studying the Nature of Contact Corrosion Layers on Lead Alloys by Impedance Spectroscopy Corrosion layers on lead alloys have been studied in the paper by means of impedance spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and X-ray analysis. The films have been formed under several potentials and polarization conditions in a 4.8 M H2SO4 solution. Parameters of the equivalent circuits proposed are estimated in the paper. Sergei Zhigunov The Effect of Dynamic Loading of Hydro Manipulator on Its Long-Term Strength In this paper the hydraulic manipulator with an exchangeable working unit is examined. To study the dynamic loadings of such kind manipulators a computer model has been created, which allows us to analyze the effect of dynamic loadings of a hydro manipulator on its long-term strength. Ekaterina Zubkina Optical Clearing of Eye Tissues The paper is concentrated on the estimation of diffusion coefficients of 40%-aqueous glucose solution in both rabbit eye conjunctiva and sclera in vitro. The method is based on measurements of dynamics of collimated transmittance of tissue samples under the action of biocompatible immersion liquid.
