развитие речевых умений (диалогическая и монологическая речь; восприятие речи на слух)
Воспитание духа соперничества и взаимоуважения в ходе игры
Тип урока: урок комплексного применения знаний и способов действий Технология: игровая Речевой материал: а) лексика урока №7 учебника; б) аудиозапись упр. 7; в) диалог: communication «Buying Clothes» (упр. 25). Оснащение урока: доска, наглядный материал (washing line, flash-cards (weather)), раздаточный материал (игры), магнитофон, конверт с туристическими билетами, имитированные дорожные сумки, карта мира. Ход урока: 1. Речевая зарядка How are you? Did you wake up happy today? Do you like the weather? What`s the weather like today? What season is it? Is the weather typical of winter? What`s your favourite weather? What can you do when it is snowy? (brainstorming activities) 2. Целеполагание getting ready clothes games weather games ENGLISH ZONE (on the board) What does the phrase mean? (that you are allowed to speak only English ) Teacher`s HAPPY FACE What makes me happy? (when pupils speak only English, when they work hard) Teacher`s UNHAPPY FACE What makes me unhappy? 3. Фонетическая зарядка (poem (см. приложение) ) 4. Систематизация лексических навыков weather game: auction Look at the flash-cards with the adjectives for 10 seconds and then you are to brainstorm as many words as you remember. (P1 is conducting the auction) The English say «There is no bad weather, there are bad clothes». Do you agree? It is freezing cold. I am wearing shorts and sandals. Is the weather wrong? (No, the clothes are wrong) clothes games selecting game: I am at work. What sort of clothes am I wearing? I am on a picnic. What sort of clothes am I wearing now? I am wearing a dressing gown. Where am I? Now work in 3 groups. Group1 selects clothes for home, group 2 – formal clothes, group 3- casual clothes. time limit – 30 seconds washing line game(см. приложение) 5. Развитие речевых умений (самостоятельное применение знаний в новой ситуации) Do you have any plans for the coming winter holidays? I have got good news! In this envelope I have travel tickets with three destinations and you are lucky to spend your winter holidays there. You will travel in two groups. task 1: Listen to the tape and name the places. Show them on the map. Now in your group discuss what the weather is like there in winter. Make your choice (Sydney, London or Warsaw) task 2: Let`s select the clothes for your trip. Put the clothes cards into your rucksacks. task 3: In 3 minutes` time be ready to answer the following questions: Where are you going to spend these winter holidays? What`s the weather like? What clothes will you take? Why? How are you going to spend time? time limit- 3 minutes 6. Проверка домашнего задания You need a new jacket (dress, coat, etc.) to be ready for your trip. task: role play the dialogue «Buying clothes» Everything is ready. Have good holidays! 7. GAME Communicating whole class search game The washing line game * Give each student a washing line card and five clothes cards taken from rows 1-4 of the clothes card page. The clothes cards you give each student should not correspond to the items on their washing line. * Tell the students that it's a very windy day. The washing has blown off their washing line into someone else's garden. The wind has also blown someone else's washing into their garden. * The object of the game as for each student to recover their lost washing. 0 To do this, they will have to get up and move around the class asking if anyone has their lost clothes: e.g. 'I can't find my skirt. Have you got it?' NOTE: This game can also be played in groups of four. Give each player a different washing line card and deal out the clothes cards. Each player must then find the items of clothing on the washing line, by asking the other players. The first player to find all the items is the winner. |
