ПРАКТИЧЕСКИЕ РЕКОМЕНДАЦИИ
В связи с высокой частотой выявления нестабильных атеросклеротических бляшек в коронарных артериях использование ВСУЗИ со спектральным анализом радиочастотных данных может служить важным дополнительным методом оценки состояния коронарного русла при недостаточной информативности традиционной рентгенконтрастной ангиографии. Оценка прогностической значимости состава атеросклеротических бляшек по данным ВСУЗИ с виртуальной гистологией требует проведения дальнейших исследований.
Определение концентрации апобелка В100 и матриксных металлопротеиназ 7 и 9 типа может быть использовано в качестве дополнительных факторов, ассоциирующихся с наличием нестабильных атеросклеротических бляшек, и служить основанием для проведения более активной медикаментозной терапии, направленной на снижение риска сердечно-сосудистых осложнений.
