| МБОУ Ужовская средняя общеобразовательная школа Открытый урок по английскому языку в 7 классе по теме: «Halloween» Учитель английского языка: Агафонова Л.М. 2013-2014 уч. год. Тема урока: Halloween Цели урока: Образовательные: введение новой лексики по теме и ее тренировка в речи. Развивающие: развитие логического мышления, монологической речи. Воспитательные: прививать интерес к праздникам и стране изучаемого языка. Оборудование: доска, мел, раздаточный материал, мультимедиа аппаратура, наглядности. Ход урока:
- Good morning children. I’m glad to see you. Tell me, please, what date is it today? What day of the week is it today? At this lesson you will know more information about Halloween. We will have a very interesting game “A travel to Halloween”. For your right answers I’ll give you cards and the mark of this lesson will depends of the number of your cards. - Today we have a party of Halloween. But we should get ready to it. So, let’s begin our work. 
- But before it look at the screen. Let’s read and translate this poem. Ghosts and witches can be seen. Trick or Treat, Trick or Treat! Give us something good to eat! - Now repeat it after me. 3. Новая тема. (Основная часть урока) And now we will hear about this holiday from our guests. ( Сначала, ребята, вы послушаете рассказ об истории праздника Хэллоуин и просмотрите презентацию.) 1. Repeat the words by topic our lesson Halloween [ˌhæləu'iːn] — Хеллоуин; scary [skʌrɪ] — страх; pumpkin ['pʌmpkɪn] — тыква; pumpkin lantern ['pʌmpkɪn 'læntən] — фонарь из тыквы с прорезанными отверстиями в виде глаз, носа и рта; candle ['kændl] — свеча; match [mætſ] — спичка; wizard [ˈwɪzəd] — волшебник; ghost [ɡəʊst] — привидение «Trick-or-treat» – «угощайте, а не то подшутим» Jack-o’-lantern – фонарь ghost –приведение witch – ведьма vampire –вампир heaven – рай hell – ад (Презентация об истории и традиции праздника Halloween) In late October the days grow shorter and the nights grow longer. It’s colder and darker and cold winds blow. The leaves fall down from the trees. The year is ending and everything is dying. Winter is coming with its dark, long nights People stay at homes in the evenings and at weekends. It’s the time of Halloween. Halloween is a great holiday. In the past this festival was a time of fear. People believed in ghosts and witches and they stayed at home. At Halloween the ghosts of the dead and all the witches of the world rode in the sky on their broomsticks. Today this festival is a time for fun, for Halloween parties. In America the children play a special game at Halloween: Trick or Treat. They dress up as ghosts, witches, clowns or pirates and visit their neighbours. The grown – ups must give them a treat: some fruit, chocolate or sweets. It’s all good fun and the evening ends with parties for children and grown – ups. 2. Answer the questions:
3. What do children do in this holiday? - What do children do in this holiday? Pull down fences, put on spooky faces. Jump and run round a house, dig up pumpkins, cut pumpkin faces. Play loud music, put on spooky costumes. - You can see our Halloween corner here. And you see who can come to our party. Pupil 1: It's a skeleton. It's the most horrible thing in the cemetery. Pupil 2: It's a ghost. We can't see them in our houses, they live only in haunted houses. Pupil 3: It's a black cat. She lives with a witch and helps her to make witch's brew. Pupil 4: It's a monster. He can have many heads, eyes, mouths, legs, but my monster is kind. Pupil 5: It's a spider. It makes a web to catch animals and people in it. Pupil 6: It's a witch. Witches try to do bad things to people. Pupil 7: It's a bat. Usually bats are peaceful animals, but on Halloween they are vampires. Pupil 8: It's an owl. It lives in witch's house, frightens people with horrible sounds. Pupil 9: It's a rat. An awful animal appears in dirty and bad places. 4. When witches go riding, and black cats are seen, the moon laughs and whispers, 'tis near Halloween. Если ведьмы катаются верхом, появились черные кошки, смеётся и шепчет луна, скоро Хэллоуин. 5. You have the card with the task. Расставьте предложения в правильном порядке. Дети получают конверты с разрезанными карточками, расставляют их в нужном порядке, затем читают вслух свои предложения.
