ЗАДАЧИ

1.Patient Petrov is 40 years old. The disease began suddenly with sharp pain which was at first felt in epigastrium but then became generalized in the abdomen. The pain became worse on deep breathing in and coughing. The temperature is subfebrile, the pulse is quick. The tongue is coated and dry. The pain is in the right lower part of the abdomen on palpation. Make a correct diagnosis. (Acute appendicitis)

2.When the child aged 6 was playing in the garden he fell down. He impaired his right upper extremity. There was a deep wound on the lateral surface. The blood was dropping from the wound slowly. The child developed a bad pain in the joints and could not move his hand. Make a correct diagnosis and give the first aid. (Bruise, bleeding)

3.Patient Belov aged 65 complained of intense pain, it being localized in the right hypochondrium and in the umbilical area. An attack of pain was preceded by fatty food and alcohol. His face was moist with cold perspiration, the skin was pale, the tongue and lips were dry. Even a slight palpation revealed severe tenderness. The pain becomes worse when the patient was lying on his right side. There was slight jaundice of sclera. Make a correct diagnosis. (Acute cholecystitis)

4.Patient Smirnov aged 50 complained of pain in the chest on deep breathing in and cough with purulent sputum. His breathing was rapid with 30-40 respirations per minute. There was breathlessness and cyanosis of the face. The pulse rate was accelerated and the arterial pressure was reduced. On physical examination dullness in the left lung, abnormal respiration, numerous rales and crepitation were revealed. Dry rales were heard all over the lungs. The liver and spleen were not enlarged. The examination of the organs of the alimentary tract failed to reveal any abnormal signs but the tongue was coated. Make a correct diagnosis. (Lobular pneumonia)

5.Patient aged 72 felt bad after the work in the garden. She complained of a bad pain in the left side of the chest. She also had nose bleeding and headache. Her temperature was normal. The systolic pressure was 210 mm, the diastolic pressure was 100 mm. The patient was in such a pure condition that she could neither sit up nor move. Make a correct diagnosis. (Hypertensive crises)
