| Participation Categories In-person participation: Regular conference presentation, the participants attend personally. One of the authors will present their work in a 15-20 minutes time. Virtual presentation: A virtual presentation is also available if you are unable to attend the conference in-person. You will submit a PowerPoint presentation with voice-over (optional) or a video before the conference. Your work will be included in the conference program and proceedings in a special format. Poster presentation: A poster presentation is also available if you unable to attend the conference in person. Your poster will be exhibited in the exhibition hall of the conference venue during the conference. Your work will be included in the conference proceedings. THEMES
REGISTRATION In- person participation: 250 Euro, up to 12 pages, as Word document Virtual presentation: 225 Euro, max, size of 2 GB and length of 15 minutes sharp; as video or PowerPoint presentation. Poster presentation: 200 Euro in vertical A1 size. Student Discount: 10% (valid for undergraduate and graduate Students). Several presentation discount: 10%(only for presentation with same first author). It covers the entrance of all sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, symposium materials, opening and closing cocktails. Please register as soon as you know that your attendance is definite. All proposals, presentations and papers must be in English. PAPER GUIDELINES Abstract In-person presentation: Text upload: max.600 words, plus images. Virtual presentation: Text upload: max. 400 words, plus images. Poster presentation: Image upload: jpg file. Full paper Please send us full paper and related documents via e-mail. - Length: Up to 12 pages including title, name, main text, references. CV and contact details will be submitted separately. - The text must be in English. - Fond: Calibri, size10 pt. - Margins: Top: 2cm; Bottom: 2.5 cm; Right, left: 2.5cm. - Paper size:24x16.5 cm. - Line spacing: Single. - Alignment: Left.
